The Qyral Weight Management Program has 3 simple steps:

1. Create a Qyral account and complete a medical survey online.
2. The Qyral platform connects you to a licensed provider, who will review your information and prescribe your medication if approved.
3. Receive your medication directly to your doorstep.

The Qyral Weight Management Program starts at $349 per month if your physician prescribes a compounded prescription containing semaglutide and $499 per month if your physician prescribes a compounded prescription containing tirzepatide, with an initial minimum subscription of 3 months. This price includes the cost of your medication and the doctor fee. Pricing may be subject to change after each 3 month billing cycle.

Qyral’s network of licensed providers may prescribe compounded prescription drugs, including semaglutide and tirzepatide for approved individuals.

Semaglutide:
In 3 separate clinical trials involving non-diabetic patients, individuals who received semaglutide at a dose of 2.4 mg/week, along with following a reduced-calorie diet and increasing physical activity, experienced an average weight loss of 15% of their body weight over the course of 68 weeks.

Tirzepatide:
In a double-blind, randomized, controlled trial, individuals who received regular tirzepatide at a dose of 15mg/week, along with following a reduced-calorie diet and increasing physical activity, experienced an average weight loss of 26% over the course of 72 weeks.

Note: Compounded drugs are formulated for each individual patient and therefore, there have been no studies based on any particular compounded drug. However, there are studies regarding similar prescription medications that use similar ingredients. These studies do not include research on any particular compounded medication that may be prescribed by a physician on the Qyral platform. No claims can be made as to the safety and effectiveness of any compounded medication for any particular indication or use.

If prescribed, you will receive a 90-day supply and be billed monthly for the entire 3-month period. If you decide to continue the medication after 3 months, you will receive another 90-day supply and be billed for the next 3 months. To enhance affordability and convenience, we have divided the payments into monthly installments.

By making a purchase, you commit to a minimum of three months of payments for the initial 90-day supply.

For patients returning to the Weight Management Program after a break, and if deemed medically appropriate by a licensed provider, the patient may reinstate treatment with the initial dosing plan (Tier 1). This is a standard procedure to ensure safety and effectiveness, regardless of the dosing tier they were on before leaving the program.
